1. Introduction
These Seller Terms & Conditions govern seller account creation, product uploads, product approvals, order handling, payouts, and seller responsibilities on DreMart. By creating a seller account or uploading products, you agree to follow these Seller Terms.
2. Seller Account Model
Seller accounts are provided only for managing seller admin access, uploading products, tracking orders, and managing seller-related activities. Seller setup creates only the seller admin panel under /collections/STORE_ID/admin/. It does not create a public storefront homepage or front product pages.
3. Seller Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate business, contact, and GST details when required.
- You must have legal rights to sell the products you upload.
- DreMart may approve, reject, suspend, or remove seller access if policy rules are violated.
4. Seller Admin Access
Sellers receive admin dashboard access to manage their seller activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and admin login link. DreMart is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to seller negligence.
5. Product Upload Rules
- Product title, price, description, images, and details must be accurate.
- Fake, misleading, duplicate, illegal, harmful, or restricted products are not allowed.
- Products must not violate copyright, trademark, brand, or intellectual property rights.
- Sellers are fully responsible for the products they upload.
6. Product Review, Approval & Removal
- All seller products may be reviewed before going live.
- Only approved products will be visible to users.
- DreMart may reject, hide, disable, or permanently remove any product.
- Rejected products may be deleted completely and may not appear on DreMart or any related page.
7. Product Visibility Across DreMart
Seller products may be displayed across DreMart pages, search pages, category pages, promotional sections, or other DreMart-powered areas. Product visibility is not guaranteed and may depend on approval, quality, category, availability, and platform rules.
8. Orders, Fulfillment & Customer Support
- Sellers are responsible for processing eligible orders correctly.
- Sellers must provide accurate stock and product availability information.
- Sellers must cooperate in resolving customer complaints, returns, refunds, and delivery issues.
- DreMart may hold, cancel, or review orders if fraud, misuse, or policy violation is suspected.
9. Pricing, Payments & Payouts
- Sellers are responsible for setting correct product prices where allowed.
- Payouts are subject to successful order completion, delivery confirmation, and platform rules.
- DreMart may deduct applicable charges, penalties, refunds, RTO costs, or adjustments where applicable.
- Payout timelines may vary based on payment gateway, courier status, return window, and verification.
10. Returns, Refunds & RTO
Sellers must follow DreMart return, refund, replacement, and RTO rules. If an order is returned, rejected, cancelled, undelivered, or disputed, applicable costs or deductions may be adjusted from seller payout according to platform policy.
11. Prohibited Seller Activities
- Uploading fake, illegal, unsafe, duplicate, or misleading products.
- Using copyrighted images or brand names without permission.
- Creating fake orders, fake reviews, or fraudulent activity.
- Trying to bypass DreMart systems, payment rules, approval rules, or security checks.
- Sharing admin access with unauthorized persons.
12. Suspension & Termination
DreMart may suspend or terminate seller accounts, remove products, stop payouts, or restrict access if a seller violates these terms, provides false information, uploads prohibited products, or harms customers, DreMart, or other users.
13. Limitation of Liability
DreMart provides seller tools and marketplace support, but sellers remain responsible for their products, business details, uploaded content, pricing, fulfillment, tax compliance, and customer issues.
14. Governing Law
These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of India.
