These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.dremart.com operated under the brand DreMart. By browsing, registering, creating a store, or purchasing on this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform & Store Model

DreMart sells DreMart-owned products on the platform. Store pages (non-custom) primarily help share and sell DreMart products through links, and store owners may earn commission based on successfully delivered orders. Only approved custom-domain stores may upload and sell their own products on their own custom websites.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for your account and password confidentiality.
• Do not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.
• We may suspend accounts that violate policies or laws.

5. Products & Pricing

Prices, offers, and availability may change without notice. If a technical or pricing error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel it if needed.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize payment processing for your transaction.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier or operational factors.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled based on the policy shown at purchase time and eligibility rules.

9. Custom Products Visibility Across the DreMart Network

DreMart operates a network-based product visibility model. Sellers who connect a custom domain and upload their own products (“Custom Products”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Custom Products uploaded by a seller may be displayed across the DreMart platform, including dremart.com and other DreMart-powered custom websites.
• When a user clicks a Custom Product anywhere on the DreMart network, the user is redirected to the original seller’s custom website for viewing, purchasing, or checkout.
• The seller remains the sole owner and controller of their Custom Products, including pricing, fulfillment, payments, customer support, and after-sales service.
• No commission, referral fee, or revenue share is paid to any other store, custom website, referral link, or third party for sales of Custom Products.
• Other DreMart stores or custom websites where a Custom Product may appear do not earn any commission from such products.

By creating a store, connecting a custom domain, or uploading Custom Products on DreMart, the seller explicitly agrees to this product visibility, redirection, and no-commission model as a core part of the DreMart platform.

Custom Product Review, Approval & Removal

• All Custom Products are reviewed before they go live.
• Only approved Custom Products will be published and visible to users.
• If a product is rejected, it will not go live and may be permanently removed.
• Rejected products may be deleted completely and will not appear on DreMart, any store page, or any custom website.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the platform
• Attempting to bypass security or payment systems
• Uploading misleading, illegal, or harmful content

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
