Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
At DreMart, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected products and locations.
COD Availability
COD availability depends on product category, order value, and serviceability of your delivery PIN code. If COD is available, you will see it as an option during checkout.
Order Limits
To prevent misuse, COD may be disabled for high-value orders or specific categories. We may also restrict COD for accounts with repeated cancellations/refusals.
Delivery & Payment Rules
- Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
- The delivery executive will hand over your package after collecting payment.
- Doorstep card/swipe machine payments are not guaranteed unless explicitly mentioned at checkout.
- We recommend checking the outer package condition before accepting delivery.
Refusals, Cancellations & Abuse
If COD orders are repeatedly cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, COD may be disabled for your account. In case of suspicious activity, we may require prepaid payment for future orders.
