Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Eligible Products

• Items must be in new and unused condition.
• Original tags, manuals, and packaging must be included.
• Some categories (e.g., personal care, innerwear/intimate wear) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

1. Contact support with your order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank/payment provider, the credit may take additional time.

Notes

• Products returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may be rejected.
• Shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
• For exchanges, availability depends on stock.
