How seller setup works

Simple steps to start selling.

Create Seller Account

Create seller account

Submit seller details, GST details where required, and create your login.

Activate product management

Open your admin panel and activate product management. Full activation may take 2–4 hours.

Upload and manage products

Add products, wait for approval, then manage orders from your dashboard.

Product price rule

Sellers enter their actual product price. DreMart may adjust the final website selling price based on platform handling, promotions, marketplace visibility, operational costs, and advertising support.

Shipping charges and GST are added separately based on seller inputs.

Return / RTO rule

Returned or RTO orders may include applicable operational deductions based on shipping, reverse logistics, handling, and marketplace processing policies.

Commission or payout is calculated only for successfully delivered orders. Returned, cancelled, or RTO orders are not eligible.

  • Upload correct product details, images, and prices.
  • Keep stock and availability updated.
  • Provide correct GST and shipping information.
  • Handle packing, delivery, return, and product-related issues.

Does seller setup create a public store folder?
No. Seller setup creates admin access only under the seller admin area. It is for product upload and order management.
When will product upload become active?
After activation, full product management access may take approximately 2–4 hours.
Are products approved immediately?
Seller products may be reviewed before visibility. DreMart may approve, reject, or remove products based on policy.
