Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. What is COD?

Cash on Delivery (COD) lets you pay the amount shown at checkout in cash when an eligible physical-product order is delivered. COD is not available for digital downloads, activated licences, completed online services, subscriptions, or any order where the option is not displayed.

2. Availability

COD availability depends on the delivery pincode, item type, order value, seller, courier, address, service capacity, and fraud or risk checks. Only locations and items marked COD-eligible at checkout can use COD. Availability may differ between Dremart and independent custom-domain sellers.

3. Order Value

Any minimum or maximum order value, product restriction, or customer limit will be shown at checkout. A seller or courier may restrict COD for a particular order or location.

4. Charges or Fees

You pay the total COD amount shown at checkout, including any applicable product, tax, delivery, handling, or COD charge. No undisclosed amount should be requested by Dremart. Keep the exact amount ready; the courier may not carry change.

5. How It Works

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose Cash on Delivery if it is offered for your order.
3. Confirm your delivery details and the total amount due.
4. Pay the courier the amount shown in the order confirmation.
5. Keep the order confirmation and delivery receipt.

6. Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

• Request cancellation before dispatch through support or the available order controls; acceptance depends on order status and the applicable seller terms.
• After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible, but statutory return, refund, replacement, and defective-product rights still apply.
• If you refuse delivery or are unavailable, the package may be returned to the seller. Repeated refusals or inaccurate addresses may cause future COD eligibility to be restricted.
• Refunds for an approved COD return are handled under the Return & Refund Policy; verified bank or UPI details may be required.

7. Customer Responsibility

Please provide an accurate address and phone number, keep the total amount ready, and follow the courier’s inspection instructions. Do not share OTPs, passwords, private keys, or banking credentials with a courier or anyone claiming to represent Dremart. Never pay through an unexpected link to complete a COD order.
