About Dremart

Dremart Online Services is an India-based platform providing digital products, online tools, seller and storefront features, custom-domain services, subscriptions, and non-custodial Web3 utilities. Depending on the service and storefront, products offered through Dremart may include digital products, services, subscriptions, or physical goods. Some custom-domain stores are operated by independent sellers. This policy applies to processing controlled by Dremart; an independent seller may provide an additional privacy notice for information it controls.

Information We Collect

• Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, username, password in protected form, profile details, and communications.
• Order and transaction information: products or services selected, order IDs, invoices, payment status and references, refunds, and transaction history.
• Address and fulfilment information: billing or delivery address and delivery instructions when required for a transaction, including a physical-goods order.
• Seller and storefront information: business or seller name, tax or GST details, custom domain, listings, uploaded images and files, customer-service records, payout information, and administrative activity.
• Content you provide: text, images, audio, video, files, reviews, support messages, and other material submitted to a tool or storefront. Some browser-based tools may process content locally on your device; the applicable tool will indicate when an upload or network connection is required.
• Web3 information: public wallet address, selected blockchain network, token information, balances made available by a wallet or public blockchain, transaction requests, and transaction status.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, logs, and crash or diagnostic data.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session identifiers, preferences, consent choices, analytics identifiers, advertising cookies, local storage, and similar device technologies.
• Payment information: payment providers such as PayU process payment credentials. Dremart may receive limited details such as payment status, transaction ID, method, and fraud signals, but does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or online-banking passwords on its servers.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts, seller stores, custom domains, listings, subscriptions, and access to digital products or tools.
• Process orders, payments, refunds, payouts, downloads, licences, and, where applicable, delivery or fulfilment.
• Authenticate users, connect requested third-party services, and complete requested Web3 functions.
• Send service messages such as verification, security, order, payment, subscription, and support updates.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer or seller support.
• Measure performance, understand usage, fix errors, develop features, and protect the Services.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, prohibited activity, and violations of our terms.
• Show and measure advertising, including personalized advertising when permitted and consented to.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, compliance with law, our legitimate interests, or your consent, depending on the purpose and circumstances. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Web3 & Cryptocurrency Tools

Dremart provides non-custodial Web3 tools for supported networks, including Base, Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain. Depending on the tool you use, your browser wallet may share your public wallet address, selected network, token balances, and transaction status with the page so the requested feature can work.

• Wallet connections and transaction approvals are handled through your selected wallet provider.
• Dremart does not request that you send a wallet password, private key, recovery phrase, or seed phrase to Dremart servers. Wallet creation or import features may process sensitive wallet material locally on your device; always follow the notice shown by the specific tool.
• Blockchain transactions are public and may permanently display wallet addresses, transferred amounts, token details, and transaction records.
• Network gas fees and third-party wallet, bridge, swap, or blockchain-provider terms may apply.
• You are responsible for reviewing the network, wallet address, token, amount, and transaction details before approving a request.

Online Payments via PayU

Payments may be processed by PayU India (payu.in) or another payment provider identified at checkout. The provider receives information needed to authorize, complete, prevent fraud on, or refund the transaction. Dremart does not store full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or online-banking passwords on its servers. PayU processes information under its own privacy policy, available at payu.in/privacy-policy.

Seller & Vendor Information

If you create or operate a seller account, marketplace listing, or custom-domain storefront, we may collect and use business information including:

• Business or seller name
• GST details and business state
• Digital, service, subscription, or physical-product listings and uploaded content
• Seller payout and order-related information
• Seller account activity and admin login records

This information is used for account and storefront management, listing review, order processing, fulfilment support, fraud prevention, payouts, customer support, and platform security. An independent seller may receive customer information needed to fulfil an order or provide a purchased service. That seller is responsible for its own use of that information and, where required, its own privacy notice. Dremart may also offer products or services directly.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

• Payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, and seller payout providers.
• Sellers, custom-domain store operators, licensors, service providers, and delivery or logistics partners as needed to complete a transaction.
• Hosting, security, communications, customer-support, analytics, advertising, and technical service providers.
• Wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC services, swap or bridge providers, and other services you choose to connect.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, courts, regulators, or authorities where required or reasonably necessary.
• A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising. Where those laws apply, we provide the required choices through our consent or privacy controls.

Mobile App Permissions

The Dremart app may request limited permissions such as:

• Files or storage: to select, upload, download, or cache content you request.
• Camera / Photos (optional): if you upload product images or profile photos.
• Location (optional): for relevant features, address assistance, delivery, or nearby offers.
• Notifications: for order updates and offers (you may disable this in device settings).

Permissions are requested only when needed for a feature. You can manage them in your browser or device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Advertising & Analytics

Dremart may use analytics services and display advertisements from third-party vendors and ad networks, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to Dremart and/or other websites. Other authorized advertising vendors or networks may also use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, reporting, and, where permitted, personalization.

When Google services are used, your browser may send Google information such as the page URL and IP address, and Google may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center and opt out of some participating third-party vendors at AboutAds. You may also manage cookies through your browser and, where displayed, Dremart’s consent or privacy controls. Blocking cookies may affect some features.

If we serve personalized Google ads to users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent management platform where required. The consent interface, when shown, allows eligible users to make or withdraw choices. For applicable U.S. states, eligible users may be given controls to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Choices may need to be repeated after cookies are cleared or when using another browser or device.

Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required, unless law permits or requires longer retention. Public blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted by Dremart.

International Processing

The Services may link to or integrate with independent websites, sellers, payment providers, wallets, blockchains, APIs, social platforms, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information or approving a transaction.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the applicable age without legally valid authorization.
