Return Window

You may return items within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Eligible Products

• Items must be in new and unused condition.
• Original tags, manuals, and packaging must be included.
• Some items (e.g., personal care, intimate wear) may not be eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products such as personal care items, intimate wear, opened consumables, used products, damaged items caused by customer handling, and products without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
3. We will guide you through the return shipping process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
